Interim PMO Country Lead | Day-Rate Contract
Duration: Immediate start – March 2026

Overview,
This interim role supports a pan-European corporate restructuring programme focused on simplifying legal entity structures and driving financial and operational efficiencies. The successful candidate will manage the individual country workstream, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing execution through to completion.
Key Responsibilities,
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of the country workstream in line with programme goals and timelines.
- Manage implementation plans, resources, costs, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining momentum through proactive issue resolution.
- Track and report progress, risks, and key decisions in a clear and timely manner.
- Oversee post-closure activities, ensuring all operational and system updates are completed.
Experience and Skills,
- Proven experience in project or programme management across multiple business functions (e.g. legal, finance, HR, IT).
- Track record in managing restructuring or transformation projects across European markets.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
- Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to motivate teams and maintain delivery under pressure.
